The Reserve's Trails
Valli Cupe Canyon Trail
- Average Duration (round trip): approx. 2 hours
- Distance (one way): 1,300 m
- Altitude a.s.l.: start 460 m, arrival 290 m, min. altitude 270
- Elevation Gain: 190 m.
- Difficulty: T = Tourist route, equipped and easily accessible; due to the significant elevation gain, adequate rest stops are recommended during the ascent.
- Route: Sersale-Raga municipal road, Valli Cupe stream, Valli Cupe canyon, and return.
- Signage: Present.
- Spring or Fountain Water: Absent; drinking water supply is recommended.
- Toponymic References: Italianization of the local name galli cupi, indicating rough places with deep crevasses and vertically excavated or cut walls (probable derivation from the French word coupé = cut).
Petra Aggìallu Monolith Trail
- Average Duration (round trip): approx. 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Distance (one way): 1,600 m
- Altitude a.s.l.: start 880 m, arrival 770 m.
- Elevation Gain: 110 m.
- Difficulty: E = Hiking route.
- Route: Sersale (CZ), Rione Colla-Tre Fontane municipal road, Molino Parisi municipal road, Petra Aggìallu monolith, and return.

- Spring or Fountain Water: Present (Tre Fontane spring, along the road of the same name).
Misorbo Monolith and Allori Waterfall Trail
- Average Duration (round trip): approx. 2 hours
- Distance (one way): 1,400 m
- Altitude a.s.l.: start 580 m, arrival 450 m, min. altitude 410
- Elevation Gain: 170 m.
- Difficulty: E = Hiking route.
- Route: Sersale-Zagarise provincial road (former SS 109), Misorbo municipal road, Misorbo monolith, Campanaro stream, and return.
- Signage: Present.
- Spring or Fountain Water: Absent; drinking water supply is recommended.
- Toponymic References: The waterfall is named after the presence of a dense laurel grove near the water drop.
Inferno Trail (Waterfall and Canyon)
- Average Duration (round trip): approx. 1 hour
- Distance (one way): 600 m
- Altitude a.s.l.: start 340 m, arrival 240 m.
- Elevation Gain: 100 m.
- Difficulty: EE = Expert hikers.
- Route: Sersale-Zagarise provincial road (former SS109), Cipino area, Milissaro municipal road, Inferno waterfall and return (the stretch between Cipino and Milissaro, about 4 Km long, must be traveled by 4×4).
- Signage: Present.
- Spring or Fountain Water: Present (Cipino spring).
- Toponymic References: From an ancient popular belief that the pool carved out by the waterfall drop was so deep it reached hell.
Rupe Waterfall Trail
- Average Duration (round trip): 2 hours and 30 minutes
- Distance (one way): 1,100 m
- Altitude a.s.l.: start 730 m, arrival 480 m.
- Elevation Gain: 250 m.
- Difficulty: E = Hiking route.
- Route: Sersale-Zagarise provincial road (former SS 109), Rupe waterfall, Salice waterfall, and return.
- Signage: Present.
- Spring or Fountain Water: Available (Campanaro spring).
- Toponymic References: From the name of the Rupa locality, referring to the presence of an imposing rocky cliff that dominates the area.
Water Trail and Campanaro Waterfall

- Altitude a.s.l.: start 730 m, arrival 680 m.
- Elevation Gain: 50 m.
- Difficulty: T = Tourist route, equipped and easily accessible.
- Route: Sersale-Zagarise provincial road (former S.S. 109), Campanaro bridge, Campanaro waterfall, and return.
- Signage: Present.
- Spring or Fountain Water: Available.
- Toponymic References: Uncertain; according to some oral sources, the name is connected to the presence of a bell tower annexed to the nearby Santa Maria di Acquaviva monastery.
Crocchio Gorges and Small Waterfalls Trail

Gentle Giant Trail

Sila Giant of the Olive Trees Trail
